The Parallel Lives Project is a series of portraits and conversations about the things people return to: a practice, a craft, a performance, a body of work or a private obsession that makes time feel like their own.
Some are pursued after work. Some become the work. Some remain exactly what they were meant to be—something done simply for the love of it.
